T - Minus 1 Day

Well, one more day and the journey begins. As Max and I did a spin around Henefer on Monday, I realized how much easier it is to have young legs pull you the whole way. YEA BABY! Let's hope we find some young legs on the LOTOJA. GOOD LUCK to all of you who have trained, ridden hills that you really didn't want to, drank Cytomax/EFS to stay a live on long rides, listened to Wood's stories (when is he going to get to the end?) and left your wives stranded each Saturday..... :-)

Keep the rubber side down and BE SAFE... and remember it's NOT about the time, but about the MAGIC OF THE RIDE.....
