Heber Valley.... Land of the Swiss
Saturday's ride was a little splintered, Mike & Mary had their own following, Mike Dunn went out SOLO with the hard cores, (120 miles... WOW, but was rescued by the B Team) and Hale, Briggs, Briggs & Wood, stayed true to training as a team.

Snowbird Hill Climb - Ultra Widowmaker
Saturday some of the HARD CORE PCRs took on the ULTIMATE test and rode the 34th Annual Snowbird Hill Climb. They started in Sandy and ending at Snowbird. The road challenge was a 10-mile ride
with 3,500 vertical feet of elevation change. 25 additional riders looking for an extra challenge, immediately after crossing the finish line,
charged another 4 miles and 3,000 vertical feet up to Hidden Peak as part of the
Ultra Widowmaker!
Personally, I was exhausted just interviewing, filming, coaching and cheering them to the top. (Big Chad, sorry about the forgotten Cytomax... :'( Please give the coach another chance....)

Peoa 102
Yesterday's ride, once again proved the following:
- Riding in the mountains is the BEST!
- Don't mess with the Black Knight
- Hale, when properly fueled, is a Tow Truck (or was it motivation to get home and mow the lawn?)
- Watch out for Wood and his BREAK AWAYS to stage finishes he makes up... :-)
- Assign Dr. J the TATS to truly be INSPIRED
- Don't ride in Southern Utah when it's 114 degrees (Mike, we hope you made it home)
- Last, but not Least, DON'T let Hale or Briggs take videos, they are challenged (The DUNK was cut short, what's that all about???)
Keep your eyes opened at ALL times.....
Kim didn't get the memo that it was RED day...

Let's Climb Some Mountains
It's time to see what kind of shape you're in or NOT?? This morning's ride was one that would test any ones endurance. Little Mtn, Big Mtn, East Canyon Reservoir, down to Morgan and BACK! WOW... The weather was beautiful, the company was entertaining, and for one NEW Parleys Canyon Rider, the 5 minute rule created a LITTLE MORE WORK to catch up to the Peloton.... :-)
Small things, create LARGE results
Early riders had much BIGGER tires
KING OF THE MOUNTAIN is.....
.... trying to KILL ME!
